PALB ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. believes that with active participation of all employees in our company, clients and contractor all HSE risks associated with our activities can be minimized with the goal of preventing accidents, injuries, occupational health and environmental impact and using energy and resources efficiently.
Any personnel (Employee full time / Part time or Contractor) who violate any of the company’s standard procedures or policy is subject to disciplinary actions. The disciplinary action taken will depend on the seriousness of the violation and the personnel’s prior violation records.

To achieve total customer satisfaction with on-time delivery and quality oil & gas engineering and offshore crane maintenance services by continually upgrading the skills of our employees, improving the effectiveness of the quality management system and complying with statutory & regulatory requirement through continually reviewing its objectives achievement and yearly management review of its suitability and ensure communication and understood within the organization.
Quality Objective:

To ensure on-time delivery for at least 80% of the projects (Project Department)

To ensure customer satisfaction at above 80% by project basis (Technical Department)

To ensure site injury at 0 case of each project (Safety Department)
